![]() So I'm pretty much at my whits end and I figured I'd put out an SOS and see what comes of it. When I do this, what I get is in the group block marked "Angle Sensor" is "not ok". I've don this several time and just got back from doing it again. If you get an error, it may mean the Login was not successfully performed. ![]() There should be a displayed message that reads: "Steer. This will store the zero (centered) position of the steering wheel. Keep the engine running and do not switch off the ignition. If the steering wheel is straight during the test drive then stop the vehicle with the wheels pointed straightĮnsure that the steering wheel is not moved again. ![]() Turn the steering wheel one turn to the right and one turn to the left.ĭrive in a short distance straight line on a level surface at a speed not higher than 20 km/h. There are certain test conditions that must be met before doing this procedure: Easy enough fix, look up the procedure to zero it out with the vag-com, however, it's not doing the trick. ![]() So, I replaced my steering rack right after Christmas and since then I've been having an issue with the ABS system throwing a code for the Steering Angle Sensor.
